Registration of farmers
For proper documentation of the development of systematic cultivation of aromatic plants, the Government of Uttarakhand issued a GO vide dated 10th May, 2005 for registration of farmers in the field of aromatic plants sector in the State. The main objectives were:-
- To collect information on aromatic plants growers of Uttarakhand.
- To provide training and technical information to farmer and entrepreneurs.
- To prepare a database marketing support and future planning.
