Felicitation of Aromatic Farmers and Distribution of Aromatic Crops

Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Chief Guest, Shri Ganesh Joshi Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Guest of Honour along with other dignitaries inaugurated the event. 40 Progressive aromatic farmers from various districts of Uttarakhand were felicitated during the event. The planting materials of various aromatic crops such as lemongrass, cinnamon etc were also distributed among the local people of Dehradun.     Dr. Nirpendra Chauhan Director, Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP), Selaqui provided detailed information about the achievements and the future plans of the Institute. He also expressed his thanks to the dignitaries and guests.
