MOU signing between Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP) and Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU), Dehradun

The MOU was signed between CAP and SGRRU regarding the mutual benefits of the two institutions on Sep 28,2022. Dr. Nirpendra Chauhan Director, Centre for Aromatic Plants(CAP), Selaqui and Dr. U.S. Rawat, Vice –Chancellor, SGRR, University , Dehradun were present for the MOU signing ceremony. The major objectives of this MOU are towards joint research projects, utilization of research facilities developed at CAP and SGRRU. The scientists of CAP and faculty members of SGRRU will work jointly towards clinical, medical and aromatherapy research on essential oils and aromatic plants. The CAP scientist will be able to pursue higher education and Ph.D from SGRR University. Joint supervision of Ph.D students by SGRRU and scientists of CAP will be done.
